
The Faculty of Education, Achievers University, Owo, has announced its Maiden Public Lecture, a landmark academic event designed to address a critical issue affecting the health, well-being, and productivity of personnel in tertiary institutions.
The lecture is themed “Workplace Stress and Burnout Among Academics and Non-Academics in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions: A Clarion Call for Action.” It is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 11th June, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Prof. Abubakar Adamu Rasheed Auditorium.
The lecture aims to provide valuable insights into the causes, effects, prevention, and management of workplace stress and burnout among staff members in tertiary institutions. It will also highlight practical strategies for promoting healthier and more productive work lives across academic and non-academic environments.
