OFFICIAL MEMO
The University Management wishes to inform all Academic Staff that the 2025/2026 Annual Staff Appraisal and Promotion Exercise has commenced.
All academic staff are therefore requested to complete the Annual Staff Appraisal Forms and submit same to their respective Heads of Department on or before 22nd May, 2026.
Submission Requirements
Required Documents
- • Completed Annual Staff Appraisal Form
- • Updated Curriculum Vitae (using approved format)
- • Evidence of Publications (with authorship and contribution percentage)
- • Acceptance letters for publications in press
Important Notes
- • CVs not prepared in the approved format will be rejected
- • All publications must clearly indicate percentage contribution
- • Staff must be ready to defend all claims made in their submissions
- • Late submissions will not be accepted
