About The University

The University operates on its permanent site, an expanse of land measuring 187 hectares covered by a Certificate of Occupancy on Km 1, Idasen-Ute Road Owo, Ondo State. Since academic activities commenced on 2nd April, 2008 with 126 students, Achievers University, the first private university in Ondo and Ekiti states has regularly admitted students for 17 academic sessions and has graduated 13 sets of students who have regularly participated in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme without hitch.  It started with two Colleges (College of Social and Management Sciences and College of Natural and Applied Sciences), and has since added four colleges with five faculties and one School. These are the College of Engineering and Technology, College of Law, College of Health Sciences, which houses faculties of Nursing Science, Pharmacy, Basic Medical Sciences and Medical Laboratory Science; College of Medicine; and College of Education as well as the School of Postgraduate Studies. The 2024/2025 Academic Session will usher in the 18th set of undergraduates.
