Vintage Latvian Linen Folk Blouse Hand Embroidered Ethnic Top

Authentic vintage Latvian folk blouse / traditional costume top. Hand made, hand stitched linen with hand woven embroidered band detail at collar + cuffs, and hand done drawn thread lace insertion at shoulders. This piece came directly from a Latvian church sale locally. Likely brought to the U.S. mid-century by diaspora family.Estimated era approx 1930s-1950s (pre-Soviet / very early Soviet period village linen work). Natural linen fabric. No modern tags. Not machine commercial made.Condition: beautiful preserved antique folk textile. Color variation + patina from age. Light plant dye bleed at collar area from original embroidery dyes. Very small age mark near lower front.
