This figure is from my private collection and has been stored in a case, There are NO cracks, no rust, & no discoloration
The head, shoulders & waist are very tight, the knees are in very good shape with one much tighter than the other, the other is not loose at all, but in good condition, it has a new o ring because that does get weak over time, both elbows are in good condition but not super tight
Dragunov black sniper rifle is original and came with the figure
