Painting?? It is secured and really hard to tell material. It appears to be signed on the bottom right edge of the visible image.
Wooden Concave Frame. The frame is made from wood and brass interior and measures 4 7/8" x 4 3/4" x 1. The back is burgundy red velour and has a written paper info.
