QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE  Academic Staff Vacancies Applicants are advised to check specific disciplinary requirements where applicable. Academic activities at Achievers University are driven by ICT; therefore all applicants must be computer literate. (a)            Professor AUNTSS 7 – PhD with at least 10 years post qualification experience in teaching, research and postgraduate supervision. Candidate must have a strong record of substantial publications in reputable national and international journals. In addition candidates must have a good measure of academic leadership and an understanding of University governance.   (b)            Associate Professor (Reader) AUNTSS 6 – Candidates should possess a PhD degree from a recognised University with not less than 8 years of University teaching and research experience with a good record of scholarly publications in reputable journal. Candidate must also posses some measure of academic administrative experience and University governance. (c)            Senior Lecturer AUNTSS 5 – Candidate must have a PhD from a recognised University with at least 6 years post qualification experience in teaching, research and academic administration. Candidate must also have a good record of publications in reputable national and international journals. (d)            Lecturer I AUNTSS 4 – A PhD from a recognised University with at least 3 years of post qualification experience in teaching and research at the University level supported with reasonable number of publications applicable to this level. (e)            Lecturer II AUNTSS 3 – Candidate must possess a basic qualification of PhD in related fields or areas of specialization.Â
NON ACADEMIC STAFF VACANCIES:  (f)             Director of Health Services: Candidates must be a registered medical practitioner with not les than fifteen (15) years post qualification experience and should possess:Fellowship in General Medical Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Surgery recognized by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria. Salaries and allowances are very attractive and comparative with what obtains in federal State and Private Universities. (g)           Pharmacist Grade 1: Applicants must possess B.Pharm degree from a recognized University with at least 2-3 years working experience post NYSC programme. Salaries and allowances are very attractive and competitive with what obtains in Federal, State and private Universities.   Â
